After you have registered an account with TraceableLIVE®, you can login into your account with the TraceableLIVE® Web app.
From the Login Screen enter your account credentials and click the Sign In button:
If your credentials are correct, you'll be taken to the Devices list:
If there is an issue with the credentials you have entered, an error message will be displayed:
After five failed login attempts, your account will be locked and the Account Holder will receive an email notification.

As an additional security measure, the TraceableLIVE® Web App will display the last time your account was logged into along with information such as the IP address that the login was made from and its success or failure.
The last login is displayed in the top, right-hand corner of the screen:
Attempting to log in with an expired password will automatically display the password reset dialog.
In addition to the standard popup dialog, the main welcome message will indicate that the password needs to be reset, the password field will turn red and a Reset Password button will be displayed.
Enter the email address associated with your account and you will receive an email with the instructions required to reset your password.
It might take a few minutes for the email to arrive.
In the event that you do not receive the Reset Password Email, please check in your Junk email inbox. If you still do not receive an email, please ensure that you are using the same email address that you initially used to register your TraceableLIVE® account and try the Reset Password process again.
